A CELEBRATION LIKE NO OTHER

Caribbean Queens Festival is a community-rooted celebration of Caribbean culture in Tacoma. Through food, music, dance, art, storytelling, and shared joy, we create space for Caribbean people to be seen, celebrated, and connected, while welcoming the wider community to experience the beauty of our cultures.

This year’s theme, Carnival in the Streets, is an invitation to move, gather, create, and celebrate together. We’re bringing color, rhythm, flavor, and community spirit to Theater Square for a day that feels like sunshine with speakers.

Food, Music, Movement, & Mas

This year’s festival will feature a full day of cultural programming, including live performances, Caribbean food, a vendor market, family-friendly activities, and a community costume parade.
